By accessing, using or browsing this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Further, by continuing you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing an item from this web site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Just for Bubs reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check current terms and conditions.

Communication

All orders must include a valid e-mail address that can be used for communication regarding your order. An order confirmation will be automatically generated when your order is successfully processed. A further e-mail will be sent on when order is dispatched including your Registered Post number or Courier tracking number.

Pricing

The prices that appear on this web site are quoted in Australian dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. The price will include the GST.

Delivery

Just for Bubs aims to have the products dispatched within 24-48 hours depending on the availability. If Just for Bubs cannot dispatch your order within 5 business days we will notify you of a general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with that Just for Bubs undertakes to refund the money.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Just for bubs is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event once the product has been dispatched. All products sent by Australia Post will be by registered mail. Couriers and other methods are restricted to their own terms and conditions.

Exclusion of Negligence

Just for Bubs is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to: (a) the performance of the product; (b) any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or (c) any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser's or user's use of the product.

Returns / Cancellations

Just for Bubs will exchange or refund any incorrect or faulty product if notified within 30 days except for Personalised Products. Incorrect choice or unwanted gifts will also be refunded within 30 days if returned in the same packaging and is not damaged. You will receive a credit within five business days of our receiving your order. In order to aid in the return process, keep the original shipping package. Note: Postage charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of Just for Bubs. If you have changed your mind about your on-line purchase, all return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Just for Bubs reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Cancelling your Order

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order has been dispatched except for Personalised Products. You can cancel your order by e-mailing cancellations@justforbubs.com.au. We can also cancel the order for you by contacting us on 1300 658 490. We can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched or ordered/created. If you have submitted an order in error or changed your mind after your order is in the shipping process, we accept returns (see details above). Personalised Products are orders and/or made to specification. There is no cancellation on these orders.
